Coaching Through Errors

Because we are human we make mistakes.  No matter how much we practice, we will never be perfect and sometimes things will go wrong.

I don’t expect that my teams will never make a mistake.  If so our goal of course to make as few as possible or at least less than our opponent.  It is my experience in high school ball and travel ball that if we can average less than one error per game we will generally win.  So that is our goal.  But like all goals I know that will not always happen.
